Everything you need to know about our studio from frequently asked questions to expected experience.

  1. Attire: athletic wear that you feel comfortable moving in. GRIP SOCKS ARE A MUST FOR SAFETY FOR ALL KLASSES (not to worry if you don’t have any, we sell amazing ones in studio)
  2. What to bring: Grip socks, water bottle and your enthusiasm!
  3. Come 10-15 minutes early for an introduction to the studio, equipment and meet your instructor.
  1. No prior experience needed, however if you are in your perinatal period, post partum period, or active recovery from injury, we recommend you utilize our complimentary consultation prior to taking klass. This allows your instructor to recommend and guide you in a fitness klass that is best suited for you. If you fall into these catagories, please email at contact@karve.fit and we will get you set up for the consultation. 
  2. Our klasses are modifiable for all fitness levels and our instructors are trained to give hands on adjustments and form corrections as needed throughout the klass. We look forward to having you attend one of our group fitness klasses.

Your spot is guaranteed until 5 minutes after klass starts (with the exception of your first class). If you are later than 5 minutes, you will be considered a no show/late cancel, and your spot will be given away out of respect to the clients who are waitlisted.  Late Cancellation (less than 12 hrs before klass) will incur a $10 fee, no show will incur a $15 fee.

Members who want to redeem a guest pass:

  1. Email us with your guest name and desired class time you would like them to join you.
  2. Guest goes to our contact page on karve.fit and fills out their info that way they are in our system
  3. We will then add them to the class
  4. Come 10 min prior to class start to finish signing any waivers and get intro to the studio/class. 
  1. Yes, we encourage you to join the waitlist even for a full klass as spots may open up. Should an opening in class be available, MORE THAN 12 hours prior to the class time, you will be automatically added to the klass in the order of waitlist, and be notified via email and/or text. Should your plans change prior to the 12 hour window and you no longer desire to take the klass, it is your responsibility to cancel yourself from the waitlist or you run the risk of a late cancel/no show charge. 
  2. WITHIN the 12 hour window prior to klass, should a spot open up you will manually have to add yourself to the klass, so keep an eye out for openings.
  3. Walk-ins may be available if: it’s NOT your first visit to Karve; if no one from the waitlist is physically present in studio waiting; if there is a spot available. Otherwise, we encourage you to sign up for another klass in advance.

Utilize cubbies for personal belongings for safety and security

Be mindful of chunky and/or sharp jewelry that may damage equipment

DONTS: arrive late to klass

Forget your grip socks

Bring pets or children to klass

Come with fresh tan or freshly dyed hair, this can inadvertently transfer to the equipment

Wear strong perfumes or body products, as some instructors and clients may be allergic

Whether you have a reformer unlimited or Karve unlimited membership, you are able to take up to 2 klasses back to back. 

Everyone’s fitness journey looks different, which is why we offer a variety of class types from Barre, TRX, reformer and mat pilates to encourage a well rounded fitness routine. 2-4 classes a week of either principle will increase your strength, stamina and cardiovascular endurance.
