Our teaching style is a contemporary, athletic twist on Joseph Pilates’ method. We keep routines fresh and dynamic by incorporating hand and ankle weights, pilates ball, pilates ring, power ring and booty bands for ultimate muscle connection and burn.
Barre Sculpt
Utilizing the bar and props, this class focuses on deep muscle engagement through long holds and pulses in the workout. We incorporate dance and pilates mind-body principles that target slow twitch muscle fibers for longer, leaner muscles.
TRX Sculpt
Suspension training is great for improving strength, balance and coordination. Unlike traditional TRX, we offer a fusion sculpt version incorporating basic pilates principles. Low to moderate impact exercises focusing on functional movement and resistance training.
Mat Pilates
Our mat pilates classes offer a balanced blend of strength and flexibility training, focusing on core, stability an alignment. These classes provide a low-impact, full-body workout that improves posture, enhance muscle tone and increases overall body awareness.
