Our teaching style is a contemporary, athletic twist on Joseph Pilates’ method. We keep routines fresh and dynamic by incorporating hand and ankle weights, pilates ball, magic circle, power ring and booty bands for ultimate muscle connection and burn. We chose high end accessories for client comfort and brand continuity.
