These low to moderate impact exercises focus on functional movement and resistance training. Adding this into your workout routine will prevent plateau of your fitness journey.
TRX sculpt classes flow in a circuit style with short breaks in between blocks of movement. Routines are carefully crafted that prevent muscle fatigue but get maximum engagement within the block.
